if you look at her single releases it is similar to Ellie Goulding she released Video Games through Stranger Records, as Ellie released Under the Sheets through Neon Gold Records. While both being really signed to Polydor.
If you look at the iTunes for the LDR - EP it says that is released with from permissions from Polydor, which makes me think that Lana's main label is Polydor with Interscope being the US distributor of her music. But Polydor and Interscope are both under the UMG umbrella.
