So if he wrote "spic", you wouldn't think the worker would have any sentiments towards hispanics? How about "***"? If you're using a derogatory term to describe another human being, then you obviously do have a problem with that group of people. It hurt the lady and I'm offended. I'm sure there are many more people offended about it also.
