Generally speaking, the venues that host these sort of affairs are more than happy to foot the bill for these celebrity birthday bashes. A bigger celeb will have a more extravagant party at a more prestigious hot spot. A celebrity of Jordin Sparks' notoriety celebrates in a club nobody visits and is stuck with a small-ish cake, but the money to throw such a party doesn't come out of Jordin's pocket.
Jordin looks amazing, she has to be one of the best looking singers I've ever seen. As well she's 22? Holy crap where does the time go? I still remember her winning American Idol when she was 16/17.. weeps:
