This is basically a forum with little rules. You can come in and drag someone without worrying about getting infracted/banned. And it's fairly active. It's not as huge as ATRL but it's not dead. If you love drama then this is the forum for you.
It'd be impossible to run a forum without rules but we're as lenient as we can be without there being complete chaos.
It's really fun and once you meet everyone here you'll feel at home.
