Also, who do you think had the best resurgence in creativity and popularity? For me, the answer is obvious - Max Martin. No one (that I'm aware of) comes close.
1.Jon Brion-though he mainly does movie stuff now, he is the reason why Late Registration is as good as it is.his work with Fiona Apple also is incredible.
2.Just Blaze-King of Hip Hop production, and is finally getting his due. He has never put out a bad beat

5.MF Doom-his rapping is of course great, but as shown on The Fishscale, he produces amazing beats as well

I agree that Max Martin has made a huge resurgence/comeback.. I wasn't a huge fan of his older work but its mass appeal was undeniable. I find neo-Max Martin to be AMAZING!
