Can you all tell me things people have told you that are compliments but sound like really strange compliments?

Someone told me my face is like an emoticon of every single emotion - I can't hide what I'm feeling on my face whatsoever. She told me that & I was like... umm, okay, is it cheesy or something? She was like, no of course it. IDK. Then I had another person tell me my eyes were scary because you could tell exactly how I felt when they looked at them. I mean... is that a compliment or should I be concerned?

I gladly accept it as a compliment.
