This song is one of the greatest songs I have EVER heard. I remember when I first saw the music video, I was almost to tears. This is art. This is what made me look on rock A LOT this year. Cage The Elephant is one hell of a band and their 2 albums were absolutely incredible. Shake Me Down actually flopped during its first weeks on my chart. It peaked at number 27 then it went downhill until one week it re-entered and it soared and soared and soared to the top spot and it owned the top spot for 4 solid weeks. That is the longest stay in the number 1 in my chart last year along with another song which will be revealed later on. If you haven't listened to the song or watched the video. I recommend you to. I didn't know how I knew about this band tbh. I think I was just browsing youtube and I saw this as a featured video.. Well thank you Youtube because I fell in love with this song so much. I still listen to this everyday and I love listening to this song when I'm having a bad day. I love this song so much I can't even explain my love for it here so I'll stop.

The highest charting rock song comes from [drumroll] Foo Fighters. I love this song and the video made me love it even more. It spent 5 1/2 months in my chart and eventually retired. Incredible song from an incredible band. I apologize for the stills that I included. The video is amazing and they did a pretty good job on that! I recently added 'These Days' to my playlist so we're all expecting them to appear again next year.

This is a last minute add from me. I cannot believe I forgot about this awesome video. What I love about this are the symbolisms and it's very Kanye West-like. It was pretty disturbing at first but it grew on me and the video actually *****. Its amazing.
