So I was looking back at some of Ace's old threads (circa 2005) and I came across this....

I guess ATRL was going to change to 'Popfusion'. Looking back at the thread it seems it happened for a bit then changed back to ATRL.


I guess only old members or mods can explain this.....

We became popfusion after the site became almost nothing about TRL anymore. ATRL came back shortly after

Well this site was originally called Absolute TRL. I remember they wanted to change the name of the site. I joined the site around that time. Then around 2008, Joe changed it to ATRL.

All I can say is the forum was a lot better back then.

Well yes, this forum was created because of TRL. It was a fan site, but now it's just a music forum.

After Total Request Live? I thought this forum was where fans of the show talked about it.

Animated gifs only became commonplace on ATRL in the last 3 years. I only vaguely remember the old logo. It was pink.

I love my gifs but it did look a lot cleaner.
