I hope she really brings it this time, personally with the exception of a few tracks i really wasnt feeling the BTW era at all so hopefully she goes back to the gaga that i love in 2012

Looks like they just want some hits on their website. I'll believe it when GaGa/Interscope announce a new record.

But with no word on a new single from BTW, it would lead me to believe that her team has something planned.

Just shop talk here. None of her releases has been more than a year apart. Three albums in three years. She is releasing the way it was done in 50's, 60's and 70's. Artists would release a album once a year. Sometimes two new albums a year. The only way to collect career discography of 40 - 50 albums in a lifetime like Tony Bennett.

Her first album was in 2008, then 2009, no 2010 album, then 2011. That's 3 albums in 4 years...

New record from Gaga? Interesting. Best release is Q2 or Q3 imo. There are Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, Van Halen, & Paul McCartney, all at Q1. Taylor Swift & Black Sabbath both will release at Q4. At Q3, people rarely pay attention to music. If she release in Q2, her only rival will be The Beach Boys. Not will be as heavy as Q1 & Q4 imo.

2011 - Born This Way
2012 - Confirmed release, unconfirmed if EP

2 albums and an EP in 4 years. Not to mention this is likely getting a 4th quarter release, giving it about a year and a half from BTW (especially if you count when the era started in February).

Not to mention the public isn't as here for BTW as they were the first albums, so releasing some more material that might catch on better is actually smart, not "desperate." She'll be able to integrate it into her tour and everything
