This is definitely one of the many anthems of our generation. My second favorite single from Katy (next to last year’s #1 Teenage Dream) finishes inside the top 100 once again for another year. One of the tracks that could have landed almost at the top if it only charted for one full year.

I quote eteru’s write-up here regarding how it exudes positivity. This is a song that a lot of people may find really weird because of it’s “not the typical mainstream sound”, but not in my case of course. Florence’s amazing vocals just takes you to another place. Really moving!

One of the catchiest Rihanna track. The chorus and the verses are just fire.

This is the third song in this batch whose message screams optimism. I find it really amazing on how they come up with such tunes that can easily relay the message of their songs.
