How would we get an exact release date this early when the album doesn't have a name and first single yet?
There is enough information that she is working on a new album right now.

Does anyone else think Kesha could be competition for Avril in 2012? Kesha keeps talking about how her next album will bring back "rock and roll" and will be more vulnerable. Avril seems to be heading towards a more rock based album too with some vulnerable songs as well.
