Hey guys it's been a while.

Girls Aloud will reform sometime between October - December.

That leaves Cheryl March to September to do something... but It's most likely the GA reunion will be very brief so once it's done and over with, Cheryl can easily step back into the States to do more work.

GA always tour in the spring however. So the most probable thing I can see them doing is making a few appearances, possibly release a new single and an announcement of a tour in the months I mentioned and then do a tour in the usual months they always tour in (may/june).
I haven't lost any hope in her having presence here, but if it doesn't work out oh well. We have the internet for a reason

Some people also believe she's saying all of this "i'm recording, will be releasing soon!" etc just to calm the fans down with the reality being this won't be released till 2013, because she and the other 4 gals are in the planning stages of a massive comeback with a new album and all that will take place the second half of the year. I just feel that if she remains a superstar in the UK, she will eventually have to trickle over into the US. It'll be inevitable!

I've just been working on a lot of school work. I'm still in school, I graduate next year but I'm not even in an official high school as of now. I'm missing tons of credits and I'm trying to recover them all before August/September so I can go back to my real original school and spend the last year there. It's hard work, it takes up all my day, all week. I get small breaks but I even take that to do more school-oriented stuff to help me.

I'm only still active on Tumblr -- (fun little Cheryl/Nadine blog i run, y'all should check it out if you like them together ) and just the occasional lurking on Board Aloud, GirlsAloudMedia and other comic fandom forums.

I agree it looks IMPOSSIBLE to do it all in a year but GA's eras were always like each only a year-long and they were fine lol. But then forward to how fans view that now -- lots of complaints about what should've & could've been :/
I'm a fairly new fan and I can tell Alouders/Soldiers aren't happy from what I've seen on GAM, twitter and tumblr. Waiting isn't a casual thing obviously lol. But I mean the girls have released albums EVERY YEAR straight all the way from 2003 to 2011 including solo albums and compilations! I think compromises can be made.
It's reminiscent of the post-Spice Girls depression all the Spice Fans suffered from 2000-2006... disappointing solo careers, alleged feuds, awkward reunions...

But It's 2012 now, the girls, Will and Hilary have some serious things in store, it's time to cheer up

Agreed. Perhaps if there wasn't much demand she'd let it slide. But there's a lot of demand for Cheryl here. She's an established solo artist now with TWO albums -- the U.S. seem to prefer solos rather to groups nowadays so she has that working for her. Cheryl's aware of us here and we're gonna get a piece of her sooner or later.

Not only that, but because she's an A list celeb in the UK, I feel like she'll collab with another big international star on a track that will be released in the UK and the US and that will lead to her stateside superstardom.
