David Cameron planning to issue age restrictions on videos

Lady Gaga and Rihanna are two of the biggest stars on the planet, but they could soon be getting into trouble because of their music videos.
Prime Minister David Cameron is worried that some videos are too grown up for kids and has launched an inquiry in to whether they should come with age ratings, like films and games.
Some people believe that certain videos are not appropriate for children.
And many think some should not be shown on television before 9pm.
The results of the inquiry will be released next Monday and are expected to say that the music industry needs to get tougher rules.
It may also suggest that posters advertising the songs of singers like Rihanna should not be put up near schools or playgrounds.
But Rihanna has hit back at claims her videos are too grown up, saying they're "art with a message".
I suppose I can bitterly agree. Some of the videos are suggestive, so a warning can be put in place I suppose just for parents sake to help choose what they felt was worthy of their child to watch.
I personally grew up with no censorshi. So I personally could care less if kids see the stuff in the videos as long as it's not X rated or too suggestiv. Because personally unless you are an adult, as a child you would not know what the artist was talking about anyways. I watched rated R movies, played rated M games, all well before the age of 18 lol. I turned out fine. I think it's when you shield kids too much is when bad stuff happens. You have to prepare your child. Or else they will grow up like naive stupid sheep.
Warnings (like on movies) are okay, restrictions aren't necessary. Parents need to be parents and stop depending on TV, video games, and computers to babysit their children.
