Many posters have stated that a part of the reason GaGa isn't seeing TFM type success this era is because she is 'overexposed,' so she should take a break. Then there are other posters who say taking a break is detrimental to one's career because the general public is so fickle, especially to pop stars.
So, can Lady GaGa afford to take a break? Would a break help or hurt her career?
I think she has took somewhat a break already. She was barely around in 2011 after BTW dropped considering when her last 2 projects were released she was on WW tours. But I think if she took a break it wouldn't hurt her, it would actually help her somewhat.
She needs to take a break to be honest.. That way when she comes back out everyone will want to buy her albums to see what she came up with taking her time.
At this point, yes. Her place on the pop scene is basically secured at this point. She could easily take a year off from the music scene and come back with massive success with the right music.
If the timing is right. We live an era where everything is immediate. Gaga disappearing for two years will issue a 'Whatever happen to that Gaga persona?'
We'll have to see how things plan out in the near future.
