So, as I'm doing with all the songs when I type up their responses, I play the song. And sitting next to me is my grandma, who is questioning where the sirens she's hearing come from. Then she questioned why I was trying to fake a Jamaican accent whilst singing the song. Then she mocked my "rum-puh-puh-pum" and "mama"'s. Let me ask her if she wants to join ATRL.

As for the song itself, I have a right to believe this siren song is the best Loud participant. It's reggae beat layered under Rihanna's one of a kind caribbean accent is exactly what Loud as an album should have embodied. It's a shame it flopped.

I'm not afraid to say I detest this song. If my ratings were included, there would be two "0" votes for it. This is some electro "Bionic-could-never" type of thing, and when it leaked as Futuristic Lovers or some mess like that, I loved it. But everything that had to do with this song leading up to now made me hate it to the point I couldn't tolerate this song. Whenever I was in my car for 10 minutes+, it was inevitable I heard this song. But this song is kind of special to me, if only for the fact it's the first song Kanye has been on that I hated.

YES! I'm mad it made it this far, but at least it's not in the top 5.

I hate everything about this song from the pointless added rap section, the stupid lyrics, the cringe-worthy stuttering, to the ugly sound.
But most of all, I hated the wooing sound in the music's background. It made me want to drive my car off a cliff every time I heard it! (and trust me, I heard it far too often-- it was impossible to escape)

On a different note, I'm glad that Teenage Dream and YLIMD are still in it!!

So which song just missed the title of being in the prestigious (questioning my use of the word in a ranking that involves songs named "Peacock" and "Blah Blah Blah") top five? Will Katy or Christina lose their final track? Or will their songs rank ahead of Ke$ha's and Rihanna's, with two apiece?

How convenient that the opening lyric to the song is "I am done", because this is Christina's final boot, just missing the top five.

This one is a bit of a throwback to my favorite Christina song, Hurt. The opening few lines open you up to Christina's broken world, and you're just dying to know what exactly hurt her - erm, in this case, what exactly it is she lost. The strings set the scene of a beautiful ballad, and her piercing cries on the chorus complete what is the perfect ballad. This song is magic. This elimination is tragic.
