I think they posed nude for charity as well (Red Nose Day/Children in Need perhaps and it was well received in general I think, plus somewhat unique to see guys do that) and it was relatively early in their career. They became one of the biggest British boybands which gave rise to bands such as Boyzone (from which came Westlife) and the US equivalent BSB boyband success over here. They were HUGE, I remember when they broke up, so many crying teens all over the news for days
