I always stay signed in. I'm the only one that uses my computer, so I don't see a point in signing out.
I'm very inconsistent. During school, I'm not very active at all and usually take long breaks from ATRL. During breaks, I'm usually on for at least a couple of hours each day.
Do you sign in every day? 
I'm most active when I'm at work, cause often I have nothing better to do or I'm procrastinating. Like right now.
