I would like to see more members getting along and for this place to be more peaceful. This year we had too much tension between the members and the mods. Same with the newbies.
I would like to see the Admin do away with the reporting system, an influx of more intelligent and witty members, the option to customize your posts (so you won't have to click MORE OPTIONS every time ), and more layout options.

Personally, however, I'd like to see different kinds of discussions going on in the Lounge. That might just be me, but it's where I spend most of my time when I visit ATRL.
