I have a feeling that she'd be and icon and legend the same Reba is a legend for a reason that she never wants to be one in the first place. I just think she just does music from her heart, and she does it because she's passionate about it. I don't think she'd want to be the next big popstar out there. She's just one of those artist who down the road 10 years from now she'll finally earn her credit. Nonetheless, I'd say that My December is her best work to date.

Kelly Clarkson is not iconic, only because she is in the wrong era. The music era as of now celebrates trash music: frivolous lyrics and forgettable beats. It's all about 'hey y'all, let's go have a good time or I wanna sex you up' these days.

I personally believe KC would be an icon if she were an artiste in the 70s or 80s, the musical eras that saw the birth of many greats and powerful vocalists.
