I've become quickly obsessed with Lisbeth soon after seeing the film this evening. The mystery of her character is more than enough to intrigue me to read the next two books. Everything she does, embodies and says exudes cool badassery. I think this is Rooney Mara's standout role so far, and Fincher would have been hard-pressed to find someone else (other than Rapace) to pull off this role so well. I think I've got the hots for this bisexual, tattoo/piercing plastered, dangerous, mysterious chick.
On a side note, the opening credits were perhaps the best I've seen all year (maybe even in a few years). Just pure visceral black beauty.
