Yes, always.
I have several cheap friends, but two in particular (they're dating) really annoy me with their penny-pinching ways. They calculate their tips to exactly 15%, not a cent more or less, which isn't the most horrible thing in the world, but it's really embarrassing when the waiter can clearly see them doing the math with their phones. And as far as I'm concerned, even ****** service deserves at least a 20-25% tip. The last time I was out with them, they were telling me about their wedding plans (they're engaged) and how they were planning to buy certain things for their ceremony/reception and then return the items after the fact because some places are very lenient with returns and will accept **** regardless of the condition it's in. I'm tempted to let some of the stores in on their little scheme. They deserve to be ****ed over, to be honest. Some friend I am.
