Even that won't be accurate... There songs that charted in the top 40, but not long enough to make the year end, and let's not pretend that songs didn't sell when they were out of the top 40.

That's not true actually cuz It sold over 300k in the UK, more than 140 in Australia and more than 200k in Canada... but still! It was top 10 in the biggest countries!
