But I've seen stan wars start from the simplest things..... ex. A picture of any artist taking pics with their fans (Meet and Greets) will always be compared to another artist resulting in a stan war.
The can be okay at times, but they usually all have the same few slams that get rehashed. Here is the list of the typical items that are used in stan wars and they will typically all get used at some point....the cycle is pretty typical.
