Wether track on an album, b-side or unreleased

IMO, History (Land of the Free) (Stuart Price Version), cus its an excellent dance track and talks about what is happening in the US.
I for one, enjoy when she tries to give a message with her music.
I think she didnt include it because she had just came from the criticism of American Life, so, IMO, they decided not to include a song with a political undertone.
The end especially could have been really risky for her: "America, dont understand, it doesnt mean land of the free..."

BTW this IS an official version and not a remix, it is Stuarts Price's version and it was meant for Confessions:
