Yeah I was gonna say that, too. Not saying I condone this kind of mindset, but somebody in that group was gonna have it, it'd be Sharon with all her years of experience as a manager. Still, it's kinda callous and harsh :-/

She should take her own advice. Her sad feud with dannii minogue went on for years after she got the boot from the X factor.

Leah annoyed me to no end when she was on The Talk. So much unnecessary yelling during every goddamn episode.

she mentioned Dannii like once after she left. Dannii is the one who dragged it all up to sell her book. Anyways she wasn't sacked, she quit;

Sharon Osbourne has admitted that she regrets quitting The X Factor and said that she would love to work on the show again.

The 57-year-old is to return to help out Louis Walsh at the Judges' Houses stage of this year's contest.

She quit her role as a judge in 2008 after demanding a £500,000 pay rise that she knew would be turned down.

She told the Daily Mail: "It was stupid, At my age I should have known better. In hindsight, yes, I was too impulsive.

"It took me two years to really get over [quitting]. It is such an amazing show and I met some terrific people. Leaving that was an awfully big decision.

"But it has worked out well for everyone; for Cheryl [Cole], who was the one I wanted to replace me - she's been a great asset; and for me, with what I do now in America."

Osbourne added that she was impressed with how The X Factor has moved on from a simple talent show to a spectacular event.

She said: "It's much more glamorous now. They've really stepped it up."

I have only seen the show once or twice since they left.

They were good, but had they not left, we wouldn't have Queen Sheryl Underwood on the show (or Aisha Tyler, for that matter).

I liked Leah on the show but she wasn't very professional at all, she was always shouting and you could tell that she didn't have any clue what she was doing. Holly, however, was always a class act and she has talent, so I was kind of confused to why they let her go. I think it's very interesting that Julie Chen got most of the blame about their exits when in fact it seems like Sharon may have been the bigger factor in them leaving.
