It could be some proof that votes aren't really counted.
The Jonas Brothers must be desperate for a spot on the countdown. Part 3? Are you serious? Give up already...

Yeah, it's gotten pretty bad. 2005 doesn't even compare to 2000. Britney Spears and 'N Sync had the only extremely annoying videos back then, and yes, I liked "Thong Song" at the time. Everything else is decent or good/great. Hell, I even liked "This Time Around" a little bit, and I still like "Try Again" and "Forgot about Dre".
I think overall, music has just become ******. There are some good videos out there, but the current VJs aren't interested. Damien is probably the only one who tries to fit in with the rock crowd, but it's always one of the "scene" bands that gets love from him. And Green Day, OMG TEEHEE KFC. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he shows respect to any rock bands at all, but if Carson was still the host, you would've seen System of a Down, Audioslave, and nine inch nails on TRL around this time last year. Bands that aren't focused on the whole emo fashion. And don't try to tell me that "times have changed" or whatever, those bands did very well outside of TRL last year. Just because they aren't played on pop stations doesn't mean they have to be excluded from TRL's playlist.
Unfortunately, that's the unwritten rule now.
