This is a nice, simple, enjoyable album.. of course, it's nothing really spectacular or groundbreaking, but it's definitely Selena's best album. It's addicting for the first few times you listen to it, but the longevity of addiction and love for this album runs short. Not to mention that even to compare this with Can't Be Tamed and Unbroken, this is slightly the weakest.

19. Beyoncé- '4'
This is possibly Beyoncé's best album yet.. the only reason why it's on the lower half of my list is because of not only the fact that there's plenty of albums that were released after, and a few before, that overshadowed it.. but also because of the momentum of the tracklist. You start off with a ballad, go to a power ballad, ballad, upbeat, midbeat, it just goes all over to place and you'll usually see a change from one song to the next. To go from something as epic as 'I Care' to something extremely slow and boring as 'I Miss You' (the only song I hate on the album), you just get lost in the mix.
