It reminds me of the Avril/Britney situation in 2002.
I don't really like Adele's music but I guess it was exactly the kind of music people wanted to hear.
Her image is important as well, you'll never see her killing herself with all these outrageous crazy costumes and 50 inches high heels like GaGa, Katy, Nicki & Ke$ha are always wearing.
I think the public starts to be desensitized to all the extravaganza...
