Man Down ***** on everything. What moron decided to ruin that song's chances by releasing it as a dual single alongside California King Bed?
Katy had great singles, but Rihanna had more variety in my opinion, so I'll go with Rihanna.

With Teenage Dream, Katy's basically used all of the album's possible singles by now and they've all done really well. Loud is a better album overall, so Rihanna released 6 good songs, but maybe not the best 6 on the album. I definitely think that something like OG(ITW) > WMN? > RM > Fading > Skin > Cheers would have given her even more success. So I guess Teenage Dream the the best singles choices.

QUEEN Katy,love them both but Katy had better choices definetly.

That doesn't change the fact that only 2 of Rihanna's six singles were features, which is twice less than Katy and her 4 features.
