Gaga survived the BTW era and still became the 3rd highest selling albums artist and the 6th highest selling singles artist this year despite putting out music that isn't current. She got that success partly due to her HUGE stanbase. So, speaking to the few Katy stans that exist, you better pray that Katy doesn't put out an album that faced the same struggles that BTW did because she will suffer and will certainly not be getting them Top 10s ;-)

She was singing gospel before she heard ''Killer Queen'' by Queen , for there on she started singing pop/rock . She's worked her ass of to get where she is now and she deserves all succes she has .
