It still proved your first point wrong - she doesn't "belong in basic romantic comedies".

Anne can certainly act. She was better than Kate in The Reader. The only reason Kate won was because it was long overdue.

That said, while I think Anne can pull off the drama and the comedy, I'm not sure she can pull off an edgy role like Catwoman. Her face is too cute/generic for that. I'm still hopeful and I'm going with my mind opened, cause if you guys start prejudging Anne too much before even watching her, your mind is going to trick itself into believing it will definitely suck and you WON'T enjoy it.
