Amelle has been in the studio by herself writing and working with producers on her debut solo effort away from the Sugababes (Although she remains a part of the group). Debut single Q1 2012, apparently with an album & Sugababes material following.
Peter Kirtley (Who produced for Amelle many years ago when she wrote "Strung Out" and the original version of "Now You're Gone", aswell as her Boo2 days) is on board as a confirmed producer.
As well as this, UK rapper Bigz has teamed up with Amelle on a track we should all be hearing soon. Ayo & ThundaCatz are involved it seems.

Not exactly news. Each Babe is doing a really high profile solo project. Amelle is releasing a solo album (first single next month), Heidi is doing Dancing on Ice, and Jade is co-hosting The Voice UK.
Then mid-2012 they'll come together for likely the final Sugababes album.
No bad blood between them - they are all signed to and represented by Crown Music.
