That tends to happen on women with thin/skinny arms, instead of having a full rounded area between the breast and arm near the armpit, it also gets thin and can look like excess skin. It should act as a cushion for the breast when the arm is leaning against it and is necessary for when the arm is outstretched. I find a lot of female friends have a hard time with it, they either think it's too big and wont look good in strappy tops for example or figure hugging long sleeved tops, or it's too thin and looks like the above.

Mama Tina made her dye her hair red cause Kelly wanted to grow her hair back out and add all the weave in, that's what happened. She needs to go back to black hair and gain at least 10 pounds.
