I can't at how many members on this forum are arguing about Lana's fame/hype right now... 
I don't stan for someone that easily, which is why I've never bothered with Natalia Kills, Wynter w/e, etc...

I dunno, usually I'm pretty hesitant to go with an artist based on so little work, but I've been consistently blown away, not just impressed, but completely blown away by what Lana has brought to the table so far. Natalia Kills and Wynter had some great singles, but quickly proved they weren't in it for the long haul. We'll see though. Lana could always drop the ball at any time.
The thing I'm most interested about right now is what's going to happen to Lana AFTER the album. I can see her and Azealia ruling the charts as "feature queens" a la Nicki in 2009/2010. I wonder if she'll continue to do the "Hollywood Sadcore" schtick for album 2, or if she's going to move to a different sound for each album.

Yeah, I've thought about if she will evolve throughout the albums she creates, but only time will tell.
And I was first blown away by the BTD video and from then I was completely obsessed about it and communicated that through the forum but then I actually listened to her songs and I was even more blown away. She sure is keeping my attention more than Gaga is atm, which is depressing because I ****ing love Gaga

I think we should just enjoy the present and bask in the glory of our fave's hype.
She's been singing for years without the spotlight and she comes off as well-rounded. Only time will tell if she has longevity. I'm not sure what she would do with her sound, but I could see her going blonde (again) at some point.

I just think it's funny how people don't listen to her because of the "hype" created by her fans on the forum. That's sad.

ATRL is so annoying, always over analyzing things. Is it impossible to like someone for idk? Their music?  Why do they act like it's such a far fetched idea? Yes, they're some people who have other intentions but the majority of us here are only here for music. I could a **** about Adele or w/e they compare her to. I didn't join ATRL for ****ing bragging rights. People look into thing way too much but we'll see who's still here for here if she flops. Which is why i made that stan list.

I can't to play the studio version of National Anthem, because that will be the anthem for her fans, unless she releases another anthem song in response to the haters.
I was just thinking how I saw the dark side of ATRL today. People are soooo pressed about Lana. I, for one, am not going to apologize for what her music makes me want to do or how her music makes me feel.

It's like this, they see a talented artist start to get fame and fans and they become intimidated because they don't want competition for their fave. Like you said, I don't care. I think Lana is amazing and her and Britney are my favorites.
