She's learned from her mistakes and she's perfectly capable of taking care of herself now. She releases albums, tours, gives interviews, and she's in a loving relationship with both her family and friends. It's obvious that the conservatorship has become just a way to undermine the court system, so she can't be disposed in a lawsuit. She could do almost anything and get away free cause she can't be disposed. She's also able to generate tons of cash without facing the legal issues. Her conservatorship is being renewed in January and Jason could become her new conservator if she requested.
You know he cries himself to sleep at night because they never got back together.
