The only issue that I have with Steve is that he is just...there. He doesn't ever seem happy, excited, sad, frustrated, etc. He has one emotion. And I'm not here for him constantly rushing people off stage.

He could get it, though.

Melanie - Can either be huge like Kelly Clarkson, or a cover artist like Leona
Josh - I don't see him doing much...he doesn't have the look
Chris - Radio ready...will be a good singles artist
Marcus - Jason Derulo 2.0 slap a song with him and Iyaz on radio and it'll go Top 40.
Rachel - Already with Disney.
Astro - I can see him on Roc Nation. Astro (feat. Willow)
Drew - I can see her going to Interscope or Hollywood Records
Lakoda Rayne - I can actually see them being popular on country radio....depends on their songs

Unless they change the way they market Marcus (Usher clone), he's not going to do anything.

I would love that too but it seems unreasonable. American popstars are too busy to dedicate themselves to a show like this.

Fergie is taking a break though, she would be great for this show. Mariah would be great as well, but they've been trying to get her on the show since the jump and it's fallen through every time.

Simon cleared up the confusion regarding the contract vs cash question:

I don't see him having much success than Bobby Valentino, Miguel or any of the R&B 'nobodies.'
