Its true. Because as an ALBUM as a WHOLE- its way beyond anything anyone else has out right now. Its nearly undeniable, and its even more impressive that she did this while delivering us NEW and INNOVATIVE RISKY type music instead of generic pop garbage.
The more reviews I see on this album, the more I'm convinced that it is just ATRL that is making out her album worse than it is.
I admit, I hated this upon the first few listens. Now, it's an okay album. I still turn to Fame & Fame Monster often.
But I suppose this album deserves its praise for being different. Much of the material is non commercial and the fact that any of these songs are charting surprises me.
