I have a question about a music video that has been bothering me lately. I remember the video pretty well but I cannot remember the song title for the life of me! The video has a white guy riding his bike throughout what appears to be NYC, as he smiles and waves to people. He then proceeds to play hacky sack with a group of people along the way. The song is happy and upbeat, and something is telling me his name begins with a "B"... not sure though. In the video, he has really long brown hair.

Can you help me out?
