I think they try to hard to be 'different' whilst at the same time jumping on relevent stars.

I haven't heard some of these songs, but a lot of them look like club/dance hits.

I love Hello.

But his overall (bad) taste.

Still, he's an excellent writer and knows how to make a case for why he loves a song or album, even if you disagree.
