Pop star BRITNEY SPEARS has dedicated a track on her forthcoming album to her sister JAMIE LYNN. The ode, entitled TO MY SISTER, sees Spears going acoustic for a more meaningful slant. An insider says, "It's for her new album and it's very folk-inspired."
