So I think the idea of marriage, if done right, is beautiful. Though it's a social invention to prevent males from straying off and impregnating everything in their sight, I think it's good. I like the idea of going through life with someone as a partner.
But this is also possible without the legally binding word that is marriage.
IDK. I'm just gettin' married one day and y'all will deal.
EDIT: I think the legally binding of marriage sort of solidifies that you two are ****ing in LOVE. Whereas with a partnership, (what an awful word for a relationship) you COULD just step out and never look back with little to no repercussions. Nobody wanna be dating someone for 10+ years just to have them step out. However, if you're married for 10 years and that person steps out, take half they coin, girl.
