Shakira deserves to have a huge hit for this album. I hope "HDL" goes all the way to #1 on Billboard.

I'm happy for her success, but I gotta say this right now.

I think at this point, Shakira's only really big hits here have been dance tracks (WW, La Tortura, HDL). I'm not hating on her, I just think that's how she'll be remembered in the USA.

La Tortura was never a Mainstream HIT not even near ...... la tortura only reached #45.... and was a download HIT in itunes....thanx to the support of MTV and z100 and it will probably be forgotten by english radio station soon


Dont Bother was a Top 30....Objection was a Top 20 mainstream HIT

I loved Shakira back in the 'laundry service' era but then she kinda hit and miss with the first couple singles off this album, but now i'm so addicted to 'hips dont lie', I remember why I loved her in the first place!

Not necessarily.... Underneath Your Clothes was big and reached #9 on billboard, and it was a slow song, but for the most part i think you're right....therefore, I think Timor needs to be released 3rd and Animal City or How Do You Do 4th!!!
