You mean they stay "Already Reported"?
That means a mod reviewed your report and decided it was not wp-worthy.
You can always check if your report was reviewed by clicking "Report Post", if it lets you report, then obviously your previous report was reviewed and you can check back to see if a wp was issued. If it doesn't let you report, then it's still pending.
Usually it takes about 30mins - 1 hour. So technically you can report a dozen times a day if not more depending on how many mods are around. Not that it's what I do, but it's just my personal observation.
