Of course.

It would be a shame if she released an album as left field as Born This Way and not even release one of the tracks that make it left field a la HML, Americano, Bloody Mary, etc. Her best bet is to release something so different on pop radio that it catches people's attention.

I do like what ‎vengabeat said about doing things that allow GaGa to follow her heart...and I agree with that.

GaGa clearly doesn't want to be the generic pop-star or else she wouldn't have released Paparazzi and would have gone with Starstruck......but at some point, you have to appease BOTH sides of the spectrum.

I feel like "Paper Gangster" was a good example of a song that's simple for people, but still has MEANING to GaGa....same for Bad Romance (which is why it remains her best song b/c it effectively merged BOTH sides of Lady GaGa).

For her next era, Lady GaGa has to bring all sides together.....she doesn't have to sell her soul like Katy Perry to keep the Top 40 hits rolling in, but she should do a better job of knowing where she comes from. She is a pop star first and foremost....it's her job to release radio friendly songs. Nothing remaining on BTW is a clear cut 6th single.

If she does release another single, it needs to be something safe like "Hair" ...but there shouldn't really be a 7th single. I think people might start to tune her out...the religious and political themes in her songs can easily push people away from her.

I also think that this record was Gaga seeing how far she could push the boundaries of Pop music. Clearly, she doesn't have the kind of push that she wanted to have. That's ok. She's just 1 popstar.
