A Spanish man, J.M.R., 31 y/o, has been arrested yesterday in Zaragona, Spain, for having leaked the demo of Madonna's new single Gimme All Your Luvin. The police operation was labelled as "Madonnaleaks".

Madonna's UK lawyers made some initial inquieries that found out that the one who leaked the demo was resident in Spain. Therefore, the researches have been moved in Spain.

Spanish police was able to identify J.M.R. in less than 24 hours. Police found a lot of Madonna's unreleased tracks on the hard-disk of J.M.R, which is a big fan of the Queen of Pop.

But now the big questions is: Who did give these demos to this Spanish fan?

Im a Madonna fan and extremely grateful for any leaks. Even though Madonna is against it which I understand. But fans just wanna hear new stuff and we dont care how.

Poor guy. I wouldn't be surprised if this is all a publicity stunt. Seriously J.M.R. is the guy's name? Maddy is going for the promo....but it if is true save the hard drive and make the next leak an inside job.

WTF I know that guy! his name is JORGE, he is both praised and hated in the Madonna base, because he has stolen from and duped collectors but he has also shared a lot of unreleased stuff that he got from these greedy collectors in the black market. There is a big underground market where they sell at really expensive prices Madonna demos and unreleased stuff.

He was like the Robin Hood of Madonna Stans, his most common username (he changes it a lot because he keeps getting banned from Madonna forums, as he has pissed a lot of people from his stealing and hacking) was JorgeShares.

Although he does steal and hack, I think he is a good person cus he takes the material away from greedy collectors who are making HUGE profits on the stuff and then leaks them and shares them with all the other fans for free.

I hope he speaks and that they arrest THE REAL THIEVES THAT ARE MAKING PROFIT out of Madonna unreleased material!!!

I couldn't agree more. If this was the actual single edit, then I could see them putting more effort into this. But for a demo? Kelly hasn't drug any hackers ass across the internet for doing it to her. Sadly, if this is all legit, you can expect to see this happening a lot more. Especially if the guy gets tossed away for some time.
