She needs to end this messy, convoluted, overproduced era. Scrap the Born this Way tour, there aren't enough great songs on the album for a tour based off it anyway.
Come back in November 2012 with an amazing album of The Fame Monster-level quality with SMASH hit singles that makes her a superstar again, a more streamlined "creative vision" (or whatever she wants to call it) that is less attention whorish and focused on Halloween outfits.

If MTN finishes as a flop, she needs to stop releasing singles. She cannot risk another underperformance. She needs to bring out some new, fresh music that will give her some guaranteed hits, to reignite public interest in her.
