The first 6 singles all have to perform well before she releases a song that is instantly being linked to a song she has done before. It can be a turn off to radio.
Exactly. They don't understand she needs to ensure this album is BIG in the US as possible. The UK already made this era a success having it sell nearly half a milli in 4 weeks. Thats more than we can ask for and they are only on the first single still. They don't understand that all Rihanna has to do is go to their country and perform the song on one of their local channels and it goes #1. Over here, requires more work.

but we had the chart of the biggest radio station in lebanon which is practically the official chart in lebanon , and now recently we have an official airplay chart compiled by all radio stations for english songs on which WFL is number 1 btw (for like tenth week on top 2)

Not to mention TTT is a much better song and for Rihanna's standards of performing, easier for her to deliver live. I mean, lets be honest here. I'd much rather hearing her do TTT at the Grammys than do WHYB.
Because 4 or 5 mid tempo before a ballad is better than doing straight Pop singles and having the urban single 8 months after the album release
You clearly want Rihanna's main focus to be the US this era, and I'm sorry, but I couldn't care less about that. She needs to keep her focus on Europe and Australia, and do some branching out to South America and Asia. She'll still get a Platinum album and multiple #1 hits in the US. Not here for her neglecting the former.

Yes. It should be the US as the album is performing WEAKER here than in other countries. It would only seem like a logical thing to do to try and improve your weak areas as much as possible. After all, this is where the #1s and awards boils down too.

i was thinking the same thing earlier today, WHYB live is a messy one and id rather hear her do something like TTT live,especially at the grammy's it would be much more beneficial as promo for her, maybe along with YDO as a sort of mashup/crossover like she done at the AMA's

us as rihanna stans should be worried with her US sales, considering thats where her single sales are blowing up, also most of the shade towards rihanna and her credibility as an artist comes from her poor album performance on the billboard 200 so really the US market should be the main concern

She'll still scan Platinum and that's all I'm worried about. While I do agree that she should do increased US promo this era, I don't think TTT needs to come before WHYB as a result, if that makes sense.
WAWL has absolutely NOOOOOOOO hit potential and it shouldn't even be considered as a single!!!
