I'd say it's more usual to see people twisting the ideals of "god" to meet their own.

I was referring to the New Testament mostly. The OT is pretty rough. But keep in mind the historical context in which it was written. Let's not forget that Americans, the biggest advocates of freedom, kept slaves until what, 1865? Is that a reason to declare all Americans and American ideals trash? I think not.

Calling the bible fiction doesn't make you seem like some sort of nonconformist. It makes you seem stupid actually. You may not agree with it, but don't call it fiction. Do you have proof it is? I don't agree with the bible but I won't insult someone's religion like that.

Also, I find it quite funny people want to call it fiction, when the true fiction is the idea that the artist you stan for actually gives a **** about you.
