it made perfect sense. He's saying he wanted the video to be colorful, like the other pics, but this pic is clearly black and white...so he is saying if there is going to be a black and white part, he hope it is not all of the video and just a certain part like the rude boy video.
Now it is perfect to release it, because WFL has reached his peak, and is slowly going down the charts. And You Da One hadn't have mucht airplay here in Belgium
