Nicole Scherzinger got more than she asked for during her recent trip to Mexico.
The "X Factor" judge, 33, was in the country to shoot the music video for her new single, "Try With Me," when the bulletproof SUV she was riding in was pulled over by gunmen from a local gang.
Accompanying the former Pussycat Dolls singer was “X Factor” choreographer Brian Friedman, who recalled the frightening incident to Star magazine.
"We were held at gunpoint," Friedman said about their five-hour drive through the drug-infested mountains to the Xilitla rainforest. "People next to our cars ... There were M-16s and Burritos!"

Choreographer Brian Friedman, who was traveling with Scherzinger, insists they were shaken by the terrifying ordeal but unharmed.
Friedman tells Star magazine, "We were held at gunpoint. People next to our cars... there were M16s and Berettas! Nicole cursed me with this trip. It was the craziest adventure ever!"
It is believed the gunmen were members of a local gang.
